Terms and Conditions

  1. Cash Out and Partial Cash Out is offered on certain bets placed with real money sports bets, at betgr8 sole discretion.
  2. Cash out feature allows users to close their outstanding bets early. Partial Cash out allows users to close part of their outstanding bets early, and to keep part of the bet. The minimum stake for Partial Cashout to be enabled is KSH 20.00 
  3. Cash Out and Partial Cash Out is a feature that allows sports bettors to close a bet — and accept a payout less than the full potential win — before the competition contained in the bet ends. 
  4. Cash out and Partial Cash Out can take place at any point throughout an event. From the time the user places a bet, receiving an option to cash out.
  5. Freebet and Fun Bonus do not qualify for Cash Out and /or Partial Cash Out.
  6. Cash Out and Partial Cash Out is available on a wide variety of markets, both pre-match and live, on single and multiple bets. Betgr8 reserves the right to remove some markets, games, competitions or sports from the Cash Out offer at any time, without prior notice.
  7. A time delay in accepting a Cash Out and Partial Cash Out request is in place. If a price changes or a market suspends, then the Cash Out request may not be successful.
    By selecting : Accept Cashout changes: Always, you accept any changes on the Cash out amount. You are not able to revert the succesfull Cash out. By selecting Accept Cashout changes: Never, if there a price changes or a market suspends, then the Cash Out request is not successful.
  8. If the Cash Out or Partial Cash Out request is successful, this will be displayed and the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the original bet will have no impact on the Cash Out amount, but only on the reaming part of stake if Partial Cashout has been chosen. 
  9. Cash Out amount changes in due time, and it is calculated at the time of accepting the Cashout and Partial Cash Out. The Cash Out amount offered is the amount that will be returned to your account if the Cash Out request is successful.
  10. Once accepted a Cash Out, the user cannot cancel it.
  11. Where we have reason to believe that a Cash Out and Partial Cash Out is carried out after the outcome of an event is known, we reserve the right to void the original bet that was Cashed Out.
  12. Betgr8 will not be responsible if the Cash Out and Partial Cash Out feature is not available for technical reasons, or for betgr8 decision, and bets will stand as originally placed.
  13. Betgr8 cannot guarantee that the Cash Out and Partial Cash Out offer will be available on your bet selection.
  14. Cash Out and Partial Cash Out will not be available when a market is suspended.
  15. Betgr8 reserves the right to accept or decline any Cash Out and Partial Cash Out request.
  16. Betgr8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Cash Out and Partial Cash Out feature (or any part of it) at any time for any event, fixture, market or user/users, without any further reference to the user. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets will stand as originally placed.
  17. Betgr8 reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out and Partial Cash Out if the bet or a market is settled in error.
  18. Any bets that are settled in full or part using Cash Out will not count towards the turnover requirement of any offer.
  19. Betgr8 reserves the right to remove all or part of the Cash Out and Partial Cash Out feature for any user where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is misusing Cash Out by frequently using the feature to take advantage of pre-event price movements and closing their bets through the Cash Out feature before the event has started. This behavior constitutes bonus abuse under the General Terms and Conditions, and will be regarded as a Prohibited Act.
  20. Betgr8 reserves the right to deny or to terminate Cash Out and Partial Cash Out offerings, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue its validity at its sole discretion and without informing the User.
  21. Where there is a conflict between these terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
